Erin fell in love with yoga her freshman year of high school after experiencing the physical and mental benefits of her daily practice. She enjoys practicing vinyasa, sculpt, yin, & hot yoga. She completed over 300 hours of yoga teacher training and is certified in Power Yoga and Yoga Sculpt.
After being certified, Erin realized that she wanted to share her love of yoga with others. Erin is currently in her sophomore year at the University of Colorado Boulder, majoring in Integrative Physiology which she feels will be a perfect complement to her healthy lifestyle choices. In addition to yoga, Erin can be found hiking, biking, and skiing during her free time.
