Marco is an ACE certified personal trainer with a passion for feeling good and helping other people to feel great. He draws from a background in running, triathlon, and rock climbing, and a diverse range of training modalities such as power lifting, calisthenics, yoga, and gymnastics to build overall strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and power.
Ciara is a lifelong athlete who has a passion for coaching others to reach their highest potential. In the beginning, her sport of choice was running. In high school, she was a competitive runner who reached up to the national level alongside her team. Once the excitement for running wore off, she knew she needed to find a new outlet to feed her competitive side. This is when she finally began her Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey. It allowed her opportunity to not only learn self-defense but also to fill her training with purpose. She has won many local tournaments. She has even graced the podium at a world level. Jiu jitsu keeps her hungry. She is currently a 3rd degree blue belt with the intention of eventually earning a black belt one day.
Kirk is a Colorado native and has enjoyed vigorous outdoor activities in our beautiful state since his youth. Kirk specializes in Personal Training and Fitness Coaching for baby boomers and seniors. Whether you are a baby boomer who has not worked on your fitness since your high school PE class, or a senior who wants to improve your balance and prevent the chance of a fall, he can help you reach your fitness goals.
Chelsea Gray is the founder of Find Yourself Healthy, she is a certified NASM Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Nutritionist, and Health Coach. She loves helping people reach their goal. Chelsea specializes in strength training and weight loss. Fitness has always been a passion in her life. She has always been an athletic girl, was a runner at D1 collegiate level, and now is a national competitor for NPC Bikini. Being featured in BodyBuilding, MuscleQuest, and more. She loves to do yoga, calisthenics, weight train, and be active.
Anne is a results-oriented NASM certified personal trainer with a passion for designing exercise and nutrition programs that maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, and develop an overall sense of well-being. She is a personal trainer able to coach and motivate clients and create an environment where wellness goals are heard, nurtured, and executed producing lifetime results. Anne has formal training in leadership development, public speaking, team building, personal development, and goal setting.
As a life long athlete Jessica’s career in personal training began in hopes of her sharing her passion for athleticism with the world. At the age of 15, she won a state champion gymnastics title that eventually lead her to dance at the collegiate level. After college she made the decision to give up the security of a salary-based marketing career, inspired by what she found truly fulfilling – coaching.
Erin fell in love with yoga her freshman year of high school after experiencing the physical and mental benefits of her daily practice. She enjoys practicing vinyasa, sculpt, yin, & hot yoga. She completed over 300 hours of yoga teacher training and is certified in Power Yoga and Yoga Sculpt.
Joseph Esler is a computer geek turned gym rat. He used to write C++ and Java programs. He now writes exercise and nutrition programs.
Joseph's background stems from healthcare IT. As a technical support engineer with McKesson/Allscripts for over eight years, he helped countless doctors and nurses resolve complex patient safety issues in various medical software applications (documentation, medications/IVs, orders, perinatal care, emergency care, health summary, etc.). While in healthcare IT, he realized his true passion was more healthcare than IT. He loves helping people.
Teri’s passion is helping people connect with the wisdom of their bodies. Teri spent most of her life at war with her own body and trying to control it. From that disconnected place, she set out to lose weight and get fit, and she did. But it wasn’t sustainable. Through her own journey of struggling with weight, overtraining, health issues and body image, and eventually coming home to her body, she has gained the wisdom and tools to help others heal their relationship with their bodies and get healthy.
As a mother to twin toddlers and a newborn, Nicole knows what it means to have to work hard to keep your health a priority. At one point in her life, Nicole was so consumed by how bad she felt in her own skin that she checked out of being “real” and instead spent her time obsessing about how she could be more thin, more athletic, and well… more anything. After finding a love of running and a respect for her unique beauty, she has devoted her life to helping women and girls drop their body baggage and embrace their unique beauty and strength too.
Erica has held a passion for health, nutrition and exercise since she was in her early teens and has now made it her life goal to share that with others. Moving from Miami, FL to attend CU in 2004, she has since called Boulder home. She realizes what assets exercising and eating smart are to her life and feels compelled to teach and coach others on a healthful journey.
