What are small group classes at I.A.M.?
They include personalized attention from a coach with no more than 12 people. This gives you a customized workout while providing a fun interaction with a team of other members who are all working out with you.
We provide fun, inspiring, and varied classes with some of the greatest and most passionate coaches around who have committed their lives to helping our everyday athletes get stronger and bolder with every session. The best news is, we don’t ask you to beat your neighbor or work past fatigue with every class. In fact, we pride ourselves on giving you incredibly varied programming that fits your needs. You can choose from yoga, circuit training, TRX, core, sports conditioning, meditation, foundation training and even rehab and mobility focused classes.
